The RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is our preferred way of tracking your unit at our facility from start to finish through the repair process.

  • Prior to sending your unit in for repair, it is imperative that you request an RMA from us.
  • Please fill out the information below, and once complete, click Submit to send the information to us.
  • Provide as much information as possible, particularly when filling out the ‘Trouble to Report’ section.
  • Once submitted, we will contact you shortly after via email or phone with your RMA number and further instructions.
